How It Works

  • 2.The AI reads your rubric and applies it to each job
  • 3.Changes take effect on the next ranking run

Example Rules

For Tier 1:

"All new customers should be Tier 1 to capture all equipment data"

For Tier 2:

"Customers who spent over $50,000 lifetime should always be Tier 2 minimum"

For Skip:

"Skip any job mentioning 'free estimate' or 'warranty'"

The AI interprets your rules intelligently. Be specific but don't worry about exact formatting - natural language works best.
